Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role will involve identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing team to achieve company growth targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify potential leads and new business opportunities through research and networking. Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings. Present and promote company products/services to potential customers. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Support senior team members in client acquisition and account management. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation activities. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or pursuing final year). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation and negotiation abilities. Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and career-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹9,692.72 - ₹25,000.00 per month
