Job Description

Your new team member will be responsible for driving ad sales, building and nurturing business relationships, and expanding the client portfolio for Global Business Line across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.?

Key Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and pitch to prospective advertising and business partners.? Promote and sell advertising solutions across appropriate channels (website, print, newsletters, events).? Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.? Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals aligned with client objectives.? Negotiate pricing, ad placements, and contract terms.? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery and performance tracking. Conduct in-depth research to identify growth opportunities and market trends.? Meet revenue and sales targets; maintain accurate CRM records.?

Demonstrates determination, focus, and genuine interest in the media industry.? Willing to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to different selling situations.? Resilient and persistent in pursuing new opportunities. Professionalism and integrity in every client interaction.
Skills

Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).? Analytical thinking for campaign performance evaluation.? Time management and organizational capacity to handle multiple leads/clients.?
Knowledge

Understanding of media products, advertising practices, and current trends in news/media.? Awareness of the competitive landscape and market opportunities.? Familiarity with digital platforms and ad technologies is a plus. Degree in marketing, communications, media, or relevant field preferred.?
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Media, Communications, or related).? 0-3 years of relevant experience (senior roles require more). Experience in advertising/media sales or business development is a strong plus.
