Key Responsibilities

Help maintain accurate customer and prospect data in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to understand their requirements and promote company offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement business strategies.
Participate in relevant industry events and sessions to build connections and promote the company.
Prepare and submit simple reports on business development activities as required.
