We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business. Understand client requirements and present tailored business solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused services. Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Prepare reports, proposals, and business presentations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
