Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident BD Caller to support lead generation and outreach for our US Healthcare/RCM services. This role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, and scheduling appointments with US-based healthcare clients.
Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US accent).

• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

• Confidence in speaking with US clients over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

• Ability to understand and explain US healthcare services (Medical Billing, Coding, AR).

• Ability to meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.

• Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift).

• Positive attitude with strong work discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Prior internship or experience in international sales / BPO.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

• Knowledge of lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development.

Education

• Candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related fields.
