Job Role: Business Development Executive (Fresher)
Objective:
To help the company find new clients and grow the business.
What You Will Do (Daily Tasks):
Research & Identify Clients:
Search for companies who may need our services.
Learn about their work and find key people to contact.
Reach Out to Clients:
Send emails or messages to introduce our company.
Call decision-makers and set up meetings.
Attend Meetings (Online/Offline):
Join meetings with your manager to learn how we talk to clients.
Take notes and follow up.
CRM & Reporting:
Update client details and conversations in the CRM tool.
Share daily and weekly reports with your manager.
Learn About Our Services:
Understand what we offer so you can speak confidently to clients.
Stay updated with industry trends.
Skills You Will Use & Learn:
Communication Skills - How to talk and write clearly.
Research Skills - How to find useful client information online.
Sales Basics - How to build interest in our services.
CRM Tools - How to track and manage client data.
Professional Etiquette - How to work with clients and team members.
