Position Overview We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. This is a flexible-timing, work-from-home opportunity - ideal for individuals passionate about sales and education consulting, who want to grow their career in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and messages to understand their needsand offer suitable education solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance milestones.

Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM tools.

Represent Udaan360 professionally while promoting our services and partner institutions. Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Prior experience in inside sales, tele-calling, counselling, or EdTech is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
