Job Roles & Responsibilities:
? Call prospective customers and explain project details.
? Generate leads and schedule site visits.
? Maintain customer databases and follow up regularly.
? Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
? Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
? Maintaining sales relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
6 months to 1 year of tele-calling / telesales/BD experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Confident personality with a passion for sales Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
Experience in real estate sales is preferred
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any stream
