Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, proactive and execution-focused Business Development Executive to drive growth, partnerships, user acquisition and advisor onboarding for DailyTrades.in -- India's growing SEBI-registered advisors market place.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advisor & Talent Onboarding

Onboard SEBI-RIA advisors to publish trades

Negotiate terms, create onboarding processes

2. User Acquisition & Partnerships

manage company official Telegram channels,Create partnerships with discount brokers, trading educators, and Telegram influencers,Explore integrations with fintech APIs.Telegram pe CTAs daal kar paid plan push kar sakta hoo.

3. Customer Feedback & Monetization

Talk to 100+ users/month to gather feedback

Suggest feature & pricing improvements to the product team

Drive conversion of free users to paid using funnel experiments

Requirements:

Proven track record in BD, fintech, or advisory industry

Strong understanding of equity/options market

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Hindi + English fluency is a plus

Exposure to Telegram/YouTube/finance communities is a strong plus

Goals:

Understand product, onboard process, identify top user pain points Map out 20+ YouTube/Telegram partners and outreach list Draft advisor on-boarding pitch deck & process Begin collecting user feedback from early users Set KPIS for growth (user acquisition, advisors onboarded etc.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
