Key Responsibilities Areas :-
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, source, and qualify new leads through digital channels, referral networks, cold calls, and inbound interest.
Client Tracking & CRM Management
Maintain accurate lead databases using Excel or CRM tools; update stages, track follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
Client Calling & Engagement
Reach out to prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to understand their needs and introduce our offerings.
Product & Service Explanation
Clearly explain the benefits of financial products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, Health & Life Insurance, and Goal Planning tools.
Relationship Building
Establish trust with clients through ongoing conversations, personalized attention, and responsive service.
Client Onboarding Support
Assist clients with documentation, application processes, and account setup, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Feedback Loop & Reporting
Share feedback from leads and clients with the sales and strategy teams to refine messaging and targeting.
Performance & Conversion Focused
Work with monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets with performance-linked incentives.
Willingness to Learn Financial Products
Participate in product training and upskilling sessions to gain confidence in communicating more complex solutions.
