. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, converting leads into customers, maintaining relationships, and achieving daily/weekly sales targets through on-ground outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit residential areas to
acquire new customers
(door-to-door, local market stalls, events).
Promote product benefits, freshness, and delivery convenience to
B2C consumers
.
Explain product categories, pricing, bundle offers, and subscription models.
Identify and convert leads from milk delivery customers to multi-category buyers.
Ensure
daily order booking
and follow up for repeat orders.
Work with the sales & delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Gather feedback and report competitor insights and market trends.
Skills Required:
Strong field sales experience (B2C preferred)
Knowledge of FMCG/Fresh Food/Farm products is a plus
Good communication in Tamil (basic English preferred)
Customer-centric with persuasion and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Experience:
6 months - 2 years in field sales (freshers with sales aptitude can apply)
Qualification:
Any UG/PUC/Diploma - Sales-minded candidates preferred
