Ninjacart is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive retail sales growth by onboarding and managing retail outlets, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a motivated and target-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Visit 40-45 retail shops per day and achieve a minimum of 20-25 conversions daily
Onboard and manage retail outlets efficiently in the assigned area
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 6 months - 4 years in FMCG / Telecom / Agri-tech sales
Age: Up to 28 yearS
Gender: Male candidates preferred
Prior experience in target-driven segments
Must own a two-wheeler and Android smartphone
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
Compensation (CTC)
Basic Pay: ₹20,000 / month
Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000 / month
Incentives: ₹5,000 / month (performance-based)
Total Earning Potential: ₹29,000 / month
