Field Sales Executive - IT Sales (Fresher) - Bangalore
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive (IT) in Bangalore to acquire and manage SME/retail customers for our IT products/solutions (hardware/software/services). The role involves meeting prospects in assigned areas, explaining product features in simple technical terms, doing demos, collecting requirements, and coordinating with the internal team for proposals and closures.
Responsibilities:
Visit customers daily in the field to generate leads, pitch IT products, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Understand basic IT needs (systems, networking, software) and suggest suitable solutions.
Maintain visit reports, follow-up tracker, and update CRM/Excel regularly.
Coordinate with presales/technical team for demos, POCs, and installation support.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners and end customers.
Requirements:
Freshers or up to 1 year experience in sales; basic IT/computer knowledge is mandatory.
Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license; willing to travel extensively in Bangalore.
Good communication in English and local language (Kannada preferred), and strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Any graduate/diploma (IT/CS/Electronics preferred); basic MS Office skills
