Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calls, digital marketing, references, events, etc.).
Counsel potential clients on Canada and Australia migration programs (PR, work permits, student visas, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration processes, eligibility criteria, and visa pathways.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral networks.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and information sessions on Canada/Australia migration opportunities.
Follow up with prospective clients, maintain records, and ensure timely closure of cases.
Work closely with the documentation and counseling team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Stay updated with immigration policies, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or migration/overseas education industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of Canadian and Australian migration programs is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
