Job Location- NEWTOWN (KOLKATA)

Job Title: Business Development Executive. (Female)

Salary: Up to 15,000 INR per month.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

Provide service information, answer inquiries, and maintain a positive customer experience. Handling phone calls and managing basic administrative tasks.
2. Social Media Management:

Create, post, and manage regular advertisements and updates on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Respond to inquiries on social media and provide timely follow-ups. Actively engage with potential clients on social media to generate leads for interior design services and products.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma (preferred but not mandatory). Basic knowledge of interior design. Proficient in using social media platforms for business (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of MS Office and handling reception tasks. Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
