to strengthen our sales support operations.

Work closely with an experienced and supportive sales team Get hands-on exposure to sales operations, CRM, and MIS reporting Build strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills Grow into senior sales or operations roles based on performance

Key Responsibilities



Provide operational support to the sales team for daily tasks Respond to customer inquiries via calls, email, and follow-ups Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports Create and manage Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, service) to ensure smooth workflows Assist in tracking sales targets and performance metrics

Who We're Looking For



Female candidates only B.Com graduate or equivalent Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Fluent in English & Hindi (verbal + written)
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
