We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our EdTech team. This role involves identifying and converting potential leads (students, parents, or institutions), promoting our educational products and services, and driving enrollment and revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach and helping students access quality learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, online inquiries, and educational events.
Promote our learning programs, courses, and platforms to prospective students and parents.
Understand student/parent needs and recommend appropriate courses or solutions.
Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
Maintain follow-up communication to ensure a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the counseling, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
Organize and represent the company in webinars, seminars, school/college visits, and other outreach activities.
Maintain CRM data and report daily/weekly progress to the reporting manager.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment, sales, and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Marketing preferred).
0.6-3years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
A passion for education and helping students succeed.
