Job Summary



We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Female) for remote software sales. The role includes calling leads, explaining software solutions, scheduling demos, regular follow-ups, and converting enquiries into sales. This is a target-based role and requires strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Key Responsibilities:



Call and follow up with potential customers to understand requirements and qualify leads. Handle outbound cold calling and inbound enquiries from ads/WhatsApp. Explain software features, pricing, and business benefits clearly to prospects. Schedule demos and coordinate with the technical team for presentations and onboarding. Share quotations, brochures, and payment details via WhatsApp/email. Maintain lead status and follow-up schedule in CRM/Google Sheets. Handle objections, negotiate within approved limits, and close deals. Submit daily activity reports (calls, follow-ups, demos scheduled, closures).

Requirements:



Female candidate only. Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, email, Google Sheets/Excel). Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage. Comfortable with daily calling targets and follow-up work. Prior experience in telecalling/inside sales/software sales is preferred (freshers can apply if confident).

Probation Period:



The first

6 months

will be a

probation period

, during which performance and role fit will be evaluated.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in B2B sales or IT/software sales. Strong objection handling and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Compensation:



Fixed salary + performance incentives (based on sales/demos). Additional incentives for high performance (as per company policy).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
