We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales of our residential apartments and villas. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, field activities, and channel partners.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential units.
Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Maintain CRM, prepare sales reports, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; 1-4 years of real estate sales experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of residential real estate (apartments & villas) is an advantage.
