We are seeking a proactive female Sales Executive to drive sales of specialty industrial lubricants to large corporations.
This is a work-from-home role
. The candidate will call purchase heads, directors, or decision-makers in industries like manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace. The candidate will also look for prospective dealers/distributors pan India who would be reselling companies products .You'll fix appointments, attempt to convert leads over the phone, build relationships, manage marketing management tasks, and manage leads using a provided lead management system.
TRAINING-
The candidate would be given extensive product training for marketing the products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Call decision-makers in large corporations to sell specialty industrial lubricants or line up meetings of Sales Managers with the right contact .
- Look for prospective dealers/distributors pan India who would be reselling our companies products
- Fix appointments and attempt conversions over the phone.
- Build relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage leads from B2B portals (sourced from IndiaMART and Justdial).
- Handle marketing management tasks.
- Use a lead management system for tracking and follow-up.
- Stay updated on product features and benefits.
Requirements
:
- Only female candidates.
- Work-from-home role.
- Excellent English communication skills as the candidate would be required to engage with top management of large corporations .
- Minimum Diploma holder in any field; Bachelors degree preferred.
- BTech Mechanical is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-year experience in B2B sales or specialty lubricant sales.
- Own laptop and dual SIM smartphone.
- Computer skills: MS Office.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ?15,000 to ?20,000 per month.
- Plus incentives: Excellent incentives based on performance.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
