Lead Generation



Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, networking, social media, and referrals. Maintain and update client databases. Work with marketing teams to run campaigns that attract leads.
2.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand clients' needs, offer suitable products/services, and provide excellent post-sales support.
