Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven

Female Business Development Executive

to handle client outreach, generate leads, and support sales activities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Conduct client outreach through calls, visits, emails, and WhatsApp. Present company services/products to potential clients. Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to convert leads into sales. Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term business. Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, meetings, and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client support. Participate in marketing campaigns, events, or promotional activities. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Qualification:

Any Degree

Experience:

0-3 years (Freshers can also apply) Strong communication in Tamil; basic English preferred Good persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to meet targets and handle field + office activities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business) Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented
