Business Development Executive
to manage client communication, follow-ups, and support the platform's growth.
Key Responsibilities:Client Handling & Communication
Respond quickly and politely to client inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
Assist clients in booking therapy sessions and understanding consultation procedures.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Business Development
Convert incoming client inquiries into confirmed therapy bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, therapists, and partner clinics.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
Clinical Coordination
Coordinate appointment schedules between clients and therapists.
Assist in onboarding new therapists.
Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Operational Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records, follow-up logs, and daily reports.
Support smooth daily operations of the therapy platform.
Provide suggestions to improve the client experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills
(spoken & written).
Additional languages (Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil) are an advantage.
Minimum
1-2 years experience
in healthcare, wellness, customer service, or sales.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and quick response ability.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.
