Job Summary

We are looking for a

Business Development Executive

(Female) with a strong background in software sales and international marketing. This role requires proactive lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals for our diverse portfolio of software products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions. Present and demonstrate software products to prospective international clients. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve business targets. Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely project delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Maintain accurate lead and client information using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA in Marketing/Sales or B.Tech/BE in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. 2-3 years of experience in software sales or IT business development (international market preferred). Good understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
