Business Development Executive - Corporate Gifting

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B clients for corporate gifting solutions
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Pitch customized gifting solutions to corporates, HR teams, and procurement heads
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gift options within budget
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate gifting is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand branding and customization requirements
Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
Target-driven with a customer-centric approach
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
