Client Relationship Management
Engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
Coordinate site visits, meetings, and timely follow-ups to enhance client experience and conversion.
Sales & Business Development
Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by nurturing and converting leads into opportunities.
Assist in negotiations, closures, and documentation processes to ensure seamless transactions.
Presentation & Proposals
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Develop impactful proposals, brochures, and marketing materials to strengthen sales pitches.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities.
Provide actionable insights and reports to management for informed strategic planning.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal departments to ensure service excellence.
Reporting
Prepare and submit regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales activities to management.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of real estate markets and trends (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
