Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate new business through meetings, references, and follow-ups
Handle clients independently from enquiry to deal closure
Present solutions confidently and close high-value deals
Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver commitments and maintain client trust
Maintain accurate sales tracking and performance reporting
Core Requirements:
Proven sales performance with strong target-achievement record
Excellent spoken and written English with confident client presentation skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
Ability to handle customers professionally like a relationship/delivery manager
Highly focused, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset

Experience in exterior design, landscaping, gardening, real estate, or project-based sales
