Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for D2C, B2B, Channel Partners, Exhibitions, and trade shows.
Sell our products in our studio and recruit a team of sales professionals.
Research and analyze the competition to identify our unique selling points.
Create and maintain a sales funnel and CRM that is easy to use and keeps us on top of things.
Keep optimizing our strategy to ensure optimal performance.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners & employees.
Create a sales pipeline and funnel to track progress and ensure success.
Conduct market research to help keep us on top of things.
Who You Are
Female candidate
with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
in sales, business development, or customer relations.
Background in
hospitality, retail, or interiors
is preferred.
Fluent in English; Hindi or Kannada is a plus.
A go-getter with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
?20,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience)
