This role involves helping the company grow its international business by finding new customers in other countries, managing export orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. You'll be working with pharmaceutical, herbal, and health supplement products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Exploring New Markets
Find new countries where our products can be sold (Asia, Africa, Latin America, etc.)
Study market trends, rules, and competitors
Help plan how to launch products in each country
2. Building Client Relationships
Contact potential buyers like distributors and importers
Maintain good relationships with existing clients
Join trade shows and online meetings to promote our products
3. Internal Coordination
Work with teams like Production, Quality, and Logistics to prepare documents and products
Share price quotes and product details with clients
Track product registrations and sample deliveries
4. Managing Sales and Orders
Meet monthly and yearly sales goals
Track orders, shipments, and payments
Keep records of leads and business progress
5. Handling Documentation
Ensure all export paperwork follows country rules
Help with certificates like COPP, FSC, COA, MSDS, etc.
Support the Regulatory team with product registration files
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of international pharma business and export rules
Clear communication and email writing
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks
Eligibility:
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm or MBA in International Business / Marketing
Experience: 2-4 years in pharma exports or international business
Preferred: Experience working with distributors and export documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
