motivated, confident, and result-driven female professional

who can manage

end-to-end client communication

from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through online research, social media, and databases. Make

outbound calls

to potential clients, exhibitors, and partners to present Krrish Creations' services. Handle

inbound calls and inquiries

, providing detailed information and converting them into business opportunities. Follow up with clients and maintain long-term business relationships. Manage the

complete sales cycle

-- from the first contact to deal closure and post-sales communication. Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, and reports in Excel or CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.

Requirements:

Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi preferred). Prior experience in

sales, business development, customer service, or exhibition/event industry

is an advantage. Must have a

laptop/desktop, smartphone, and stable internet connection

. Comfortable working independently and managing flexible hours. Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
