About the Role



We are seeking a driven and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

with experience in selling

ERP, SaaS, or business software solutions.

The candidate should be confident in client handling, product pitching, and nurturing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, and market research Conduct product demos and explain business benefits of ERP solutions Understand customer requirements and propose suitable modules/features Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing negotiations Follow up with prospects and maintain complete CRM records Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for onboarding

Requirements



? Proven experience in

ERP / SaaS / IT Software sales


? Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
? Understanding of business processes (Inventory, Finance, CRM, HR, Sales, POS, etc.)
? Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
? Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven

Preferred Skills



? Experience in selling platforms like Odoo, Tally, SAP, Zoho, Busy, or similar
? Knowledge of IT/Software domain and business operations
