Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, calls, and email outreach.
Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and professional networks.
Understand customer requirements and promote suitable ERP (Odoo) solutions.
Schedule and coordinate product demos with the technical/pre-sales team.
Collaborate with the functional teams to prepare customized proposals.
Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Freshers are welcome. Prior internship or project experience in sales/marketing is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of ERP/Software or willingness to learn.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo CRM preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
