The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and helping the company grow its sales and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Prepare sales proposals and follow up with prospects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any stream; B.Com/MBA preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Experience:
Freshers can apply
0-2 years of experience in sales/business development preferred
