Edoxi Training Ltd is seeking a proactive and results driven
Inside Sales Executive
to join our remote team from India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and leads related to our wide range of professional certification and academic training courses. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective learners and help guide them toward suitable learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and enquiries received via website, email, phone, and social platforms.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to understand learner's requirements and provide suitable course recommendations.
Explain course features, certification benefits, schedules, and pricing details clearly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and pipeline through CRM or other sales tools.
Coordinate with academic advisors and trainers to arrange demos or consultations as needed.
Support learners with enrolment processes and onboarding steps.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and student experience.
Stay updated on Edoxi's course offerings, certifications (e.g., IT, Project Management, HR, Data Analysis) and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or academic counselling.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong customer service orientation and persuasive communication ability.
Comfortable working in UK time zones.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
