The Business Development Executive will play a vital role in driving admissions growth by building partnerships with colleges and promoting Beat Educations' courses. The role involves field outreach, lead generation, and close coordination with the marketing and admissions teams to convert prospects into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
Visit colleges, meet with training coordinators and placement officers to present Beat Educations' programs.
Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Generate and manage leads through field visits, campaigns, and digital channels.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and report progress regularly.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about the education industry and student engagement.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
