Role Overview
As a
Business Development Executive
, you'll be responsible for
identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
for our range of services. You'll work with corporate clients, education providers, and institutions to help them understand the value of customized e-learning, VR-based training, and professional video production.
If you're energetic, persuasive, and passionate about helping clients communicate and train better, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively
identify and target new business opportunities
through research, networking, and outbound outreach
Pitch and sell
custom e-learning modules
,
VR training experiences
, and
high-quality video production services
(corporate films, brand videos, marketing content)
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across industries and client typess
Develop customized proposals and work with internal teams to align on scope, pricing, and timelines
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Requirements
2-3 years of
B2B sales experience
(preferably in services such as training, e-learning, SaaS, media production, marketing solutions, or related industries)
Excellent spoken and written English
- clear, persuasive communication is a must
Confident conducting meetings and demos with mid-level and senior decision-makers
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads and opportunities
Comfortable working in a
startup-style environment
with dynamic goals and multiple service lines
Based in
Mumbai
- this is an on-site role in Goregaon East
