About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to promote and sell our fortification ingredients to manufacturers in the Edible Oil, Milk, Fortified Rice, and Fortified Flour sectors, as well as Poultry, Cattle, and Aquaculture Feed industries.

The role involves business acquisition, key account management, and sales coordination within assigned zones (North, South, or West India). The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Edible Oil, Milk, Fortified Foods, and Animal Feed sectors. Manage and grow relationships with key manufacturing clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals. Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution. Maintain and update sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade events, and conferences. Travel extensively within the assigned region to develop and manage accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Strong knowledge of ingredient sales to manufacturers of: Edible Oil Milk Fortified Rice / Fortified Flour Poultry, Cattle, and Aquaculture Feed Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as required across assigned zones.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Pharmaceuticals, or Business Administration (BBA/MBA in Marketing).

Minimum 3-7 years of relevant sales or business development experience in food or feed ingredients.
