Job Description



We are hiring a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to identify potential sellers for our e-commerce platform and guide them through the onboarding process. The role involves researching sellers, reaching out to them, explaining platform benefits, and assisting with registration and activation.

Hindi communication is mandatory for this role.
Fixed salary -- no target-based deductions

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation

Find potential sellers through social media, Google, and online directories. Reach out to sellers via calls or WhatsApp and explain platform benefits. Collect basic details and confirm their interest in joining.
Onboarding

Guide sellers through registration and account setup Help them submit KYC documents Assist with basic product listing if needed Ensure sellers complete onboarding and their account goes live
Reporting

Update daily lead and onboarding trackers Coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any field Strong communication skills in Hindi and English Basic online research abilities Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge Freshers or 1-2 years experience in sales/telecalling/BDE roles

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
