Role- Business Development Executive



Experience- 2 years to 5 years



Key Responsibilities



Identifying and Generating New Business Opportunities

Research markets, identify potential clients, and explore new geographies or product/service lines for business expansion.

Developing and Implementing Business Strategies

Create and execute strategic plans to meet revenue goals, grow market share, and enhance overall performance.

Building and Maintaining Relationships

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, forge new partnerships, and establish long-term business connections.

Market Research and Analysis

Track market trends, perform competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Sales and Revenue Growth

Work closely with the sales team to meet targets, drive revenue, and improve overall profitability.

Collaboration and Communication

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure business goals are met.

Skills Required



Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Ability to engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders. Strategic Thinking & Planning - Capable of developing actionable and impactful business strategies. Negotiation & Sales Expertise - Strong track record in client acquisition, deal negotiation, and sales closure. Market Research Proficiency - Ability to gather, analyze, and apply market data effectively. Relationship Building - Skilled at establishing and maintaining professional connections and networks.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. Experience in digital marketing is preferred. Print media experience, an added advantage.
