Own revenue growth across PCD, manufacturing, franchise, and third-party sales channels. This role is accountable for lead generation, deal closure, partner onboarding, and sustained business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales for PCD pharma, contract manufacturing, franchise onboarding, and third-party/private label business.
Identify, qualify, and convert distributors, franchise partners, institutions, and bulk buyers.
Pitch product portfolios, pricing models, MOQs, and commercial terms.
Negotiate agreements, finalize orders, and follow up on payments.
Coordinate with production, regulatory, logistics, and accounts teams.
Track competitor activity, pricing, and market demand.
Maintain MIS reports, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
