Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
with 1-5 years of experience to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business agreements
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) for smooth execution
Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Good presentation and proposal-writing skills

Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Preferred Industry Exposure
B2B / B2C Sales
IT, Services, Consulting, Finance, Real Estate, EdTech, or related industries
