Key Responsibilities:Education Counselling:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, universities, and career pathways
Understand student needs, academic background, and career goals
Provide accurate information about admissions processes, eligibility, fees, and timelines
Assist students with application procedures and documentation
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion from inquiry to enrollment
Maintain student records and counseling reports
Business Development:
Generate leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, events, and digital platforms
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, and partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets
Conduct seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional events
Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and outreach activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
Student-centric and result-oriented approach
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data handling
