Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to expand our customer base, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, builders, and contractors.
Present company products effectively and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of visits, inquiries, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, billing, and customer support.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Experience in tiles/sanitaryware/building materials industry preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Ability to travel for fieldwork.
