Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Executive
to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about finance and eager to build a rewarding career in the investment services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate New business opportunities through networking, and referrals.
Conduct seminar in Corporates to promote business and generate Leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance benchmarks
Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment products and financial services
Support senior sales and advisory team in client acquisition and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Stay up-to-date with market trends, financial products, and regulatory updates
Qualifications:
B.com, BBA / MBA, Finance, Marketing, B-tech, Bsc
Strong interest in finance, investment products, and capital markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
