Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries across email, live chat, social media, and other digital platforms, providing timely and professional responses. Guide potential clients through the business incorporation process, ensuring a smooth, clear, and confident experience from start to finish. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with digital campaigns and outreach efforts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system. Support new clients post-sale, facilitating a seamless onboarding process and fostering long-term relationships. Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads with a focus on building strong, lasting connections. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For

A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as BBA, MBA, B.Com, or a Diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Relevant internships and academic projects will also be considered. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals successfully. Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation. Prior experience engaging with senior leaders or C-level executives is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to interpret basic data reports. A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and a desire for continuous learning and growth.
