What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries across email, live chat, social media, and other digital channels--responding promptly and professionally.
Guide clients through the business incorporation process, ensuring a clear, seamless, and confident experience from start to finish.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with ongoing digital campaigns and outreach efforts.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client communications and sales activities in the CRM system.
Support new clients after the sale to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term relationship building.
Proactively generate, qualify, and nurture leads--focusing on building lasting relationships with potential clients.
Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For
Education
: Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred fields: BBA, MBA, B.Com, or a Diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing)
Experience
: 0 to 1+ years in business development, sales, or marketing (internships and academic projects count!)
A proven interest or background in meeting sales targets and closing deals
Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship building, and negotiation
Exposure to working with senior leaders or C-level executives is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using CRM tools and interpreting basic data reports
A self-starter with a professional attitude and a growth mindset
