We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, primarily through phone calls, email, and online meetings. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, and email campaigns
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using consultative sales techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on lead generation strategies.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using CRM software
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
