Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound marketing calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products and services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively. Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and guide them through the sales process. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer retention. Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets as defined by the management team. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new strategies to enhance customer outreach. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:



Proven experience in phone-based marketing, telesales, or a related role (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage customers over the phone and handle objections effectively. Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused attitude. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call-handling systems (preferred). Fluency in English language

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
