Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Pitch and sell digital marketing solutions including Google Ads, PPC campaigns, display advertising, remarketing, and more to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term growth.
Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and campaign execution.
Stay up-to-date with trends in digital advertising, especially Google Ads features, performance strategies, and new tools.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing sales, especially with a focus on Google Ads.
Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client acquisition in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
Strong understanding of paid media channels such as Google Ads, Display Networks, Shopping Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and how to interpret ad performance.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in selling digital marketing packages to SMEs or startups.
Understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and lead nurturing.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a bonus.
Strong presentation and proposal-building skills.
Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
