We are expanding our business development team and are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about sales, client engagement, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through research, networking, and online platforms.
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development, etc.) to potential clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Conduct research on prospective clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal design, marketing, and production teams to ensure client deliverables meet agreed specifications and timelines.
Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Create and submit customized business proposals for potential clients on Upwork, Freelancer, and other B2B platforms (experience with these platforms is a plus).
Track lead progress, maintain records in CRM, and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and online lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).
Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Prior experience or working knowledge of Upwork / Freelancer / LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an advantage.
